Management of the Heiden and Urnäsch Tourist Information
Visitor advice at the desk, over the phone and by e-mail
Group tours
Advisory service for the tourist service providers
Product management / activity packages / product development
Production and distribution of the tourism brochures for the Appenzellerland
Development and maintenance of the tourism website of the Appenzellerland www.appenzellerland.ch (incl. visitor, media and partner newsletter)
Development, distribution and implementation of marketing measures for tourist service providers
Sales promotion: consumer and trade fairs, poster and banner campaigns, advertorials, advertisements
Outward PR: liaison with media professionals, news service for target markets, media monitoring
Inward PR: liaison and co-operation with the tourism partners
