Terms and Conditions.

The following General Terms and Conditions of Appenzeller Tourismus apply to all deliveries.

Prices.
All prices include VAT. All prices are quoted in CHF (Swiss francs).

Changes in prices.
Appenzellerland Tourismus reserves the right to change or adapt prices without prior notice. However, price changes shall not apply to previously executed orders.

Ordering.
These Terms and Conditions shall form an integral part of every purchase.

Delivery conditions.
We do not charge postage for letter post. We charge CHF 6 for the postage and packaging of parcels with an order value of up to CHF 100. If the order value exceeds CHF 100, Appenzellerland Tourismus assumes the postage and packaging costs.

Delivery periods.
Goods are generally shipped within 1 to 2 days of receiving the order. If the ordered goods are not in stock, you will receive notification by e-mail or telephone.

Method of payment.
Goods ordered online shall be due for payment as invoiced within 30 days. 8. Notices of defects. Notices of defects of any kind shall only be acknowledged if submitted in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods in question.
