Embedded between Hirschberg and the St. Anton mountain range, the village nestles against the hillside at 885 m above sea level, spreading a feeling of security. Oberegg is a village with many craftsmen, small and large shops and a lot of club activities. Many magnificent hiking trails lead from the village to the hamlets and farms all the way up to the Landmark inn and down to Büriswilen, where grapes are grown thanks to the mild climate and location.
