Bicycle Museum

The collection, which has been on display in the old fire station since 2013, comprises more than 200 old bicycles.

The exhibits, most with a regional connection, date back to the early days of the bicycle up to the 20th century. The penny farthings, tricycles and children's bicycles as well as other curiosities on wheels illustrate the historic development of this tried and trusted form of transport. In addition to photographs and posters, bicycle accessories, clothing and equipment are all on view.

Guided tours are available on request.
